PLATE STRIPPING

Utilising our Oxy-flame stripping machine, we can offer a full range of Uniflats for the manufacture of Plate Girders and other specific requirements.

Uniflats can be manufactured utilising our own plate supply or can be free issue cut from customer supplied free issue plate.

Manufacturing capacity 3000mm wide and a thickness from 8mm to 200mm (Capacity is dependent on piece weight of parent plate), flats can be supplied straight cut up to a maximum length of 22 metres or cambered to client requirements up to a maximum length of 16.65 metres. Service holes can also be supplied if required.
