PLATE LEVELLING

Due to the high-quality finishes required by many of our customers in their products they demand a better, flatter product than is offered by the mills manufacturing in accordance with EN Standards. By utilising our in-house plate levellers and Press together with our industry recognised processes, we can produce a more consistently flat and smooth product efficiently for our customers.

 

Our in-house machines include the following

 

  • One Plate Leveller 3000 wide and up to 70mm thick.

  • One Plate Leveller 2500 wide and up to 15mm thick.

  • One 200 tonne ‘C’ Frame Press.
